Instructions

  • Preheat your grill to medium-low heat. Place the Johnsonville Beer ‘n Bratwurst on the grill, turning them occasionally, and cook for approximately 20 minutes. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees Fahrenheit for optimal doneness and safety.
  • While the brats are grilling, heat the vegetable oil and butter in a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add the thinly sliced onions and cook, stirring occasionally, until they turn beautifully golden brown and caramelized. This should take roughly the same amount of time as grilling the brats.
